Man & Woman He Created Them: Theology of the Body
Saturday, November 4
10 a.m.
Why did God create us male and female? What is God’s plan for human love and sexuality? How do we know how God is calling us to live? Finding the answers to these questions is the key to finding our true happiness, discovering our mission and living according to God’s design for our life.
Fr Vasyl Chepelskyy, pastor of St John’s in Lansford, will help us look for these answers in the teaching of Pope St. John Paul II. With prayer and trust, God’s grace this will help us to continue to grow in our relationships with God.
“The human body includes right from the beginning …
the capacity of expressing love, that love in which the
person becomes a gift – and by means of this gift – fulfills
the meaning of his being and existence.”
–St. John Paul II
